Subsequently, Afghan's settlement in this region has caused some special socio-economic situation in sistan region and has overwhelmed lots of functions of this region's villages. The goal of this article is an analytical study on the effects of Afghan's settlement on the socio-economic development of boarder villages of Sistan. Based on the library study, field studies and questionnaire the method of this article was description- analytical study. The collected information was analyzed by means of Taxonomy method and spearman test inlet in SPSS software. The results of level taxonomy showed that among the 31 studied villages the number of 6 villages were on normal level and 25 others were on middle level or bellow. Also the results of spearman test with a degree of 99 percent certainty shows the correlation between afghan's settlement with economic development ( -0.814) and social development( -0.679) and concluded that the socio-economic situation of the region will improved by afghan withdrawal from Sistan area. منطقة مرزی سیستان جزء نقاط پیرامونی و کمترتوسعه‌یافتة کشور است که قرارگیری آن در همسایگی کشور افغانستان و میزبانی مهاجران افغان بر توسعه‌نیافتگی این منطقه دامن زده است. در واقع، سکونت افاغنه باعث ایجاد شرایط خاصِ اقتصادی – اجتماعی در منطقة سیستان شده است و بر بسیاری از کارکردهای منطقه، به‌ویژه کارکردهای روستاهای مرزی تأثیر گذاشته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل رابطة سکونت‌گزینی افاغنه و سطح توسعة اقتصادی - اجتماعی روستاهای مرزی سیستان است. روش تحقیق تحلیلی– همبستگی و مبتنی بر منابع کتابخانه‏ای، بررسی‌های میدانی و تکمیل پرسشنامه است و اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده با روش تاکسونومی و آزمون اسپیرمن در نرم‌افزار SPSS ارزیابی شد. نتایج سطح‌بندی تاکسونومی نشان داد از 31 روستای مورد بررسی 6 روستا در سطح مطلوب توسعه هستند و 25 روستای دیگر نیز سطح توسعة متوسط و پایین دارند. همچنین، نتایج آزمون اسپیرمن با سطح اطمینان 99 درصد گویای همبستگی معکوس بین سطح سکونت افاغنه و سطح توسعة اقتصادی (814_/0-) و اجتماعی (672_/0-) روستاها است، به‌طوری‌که با افزایش افاغنه سطح توسعة اقتصادی و اجتماعی روستاها کاهش، و با کاهش افاغنه، سطح توسعة اقتصادی و اجتماعی روستاها افزایش می‌یابد.   https://jtcp.ut.ac.ir/article_53206_c3f1a2a58b7aaed926a08c1f2db5d1cb.pdf
