پیامد‏های محیط‌زیستی و اجتماعی تأمین منابع آب سرزمینی از دریا

چکیده

هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی تأثیر نمک‌زدایی آب دریا بر محیط‌زیست و اجتماع است. با توجه به مشکل کمبود آب جهانی، نمک‌زدایی آب به عنوان راه‌‌حلی استراتژیک برای تأمین آب شرب و آبیاری در مناطق خشک و کم‌آب اهمیت یافته است. روش تحقیق شامل مرور و تحلیل داده‌های موجود از مطالعات پیشین و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از منابع علمی معتبر بوده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد فرایند نمک‌زدایی تأثیرات مثبتی از جمله افزایش دسترسی به آب شرب تمیز، کاهش بیماری‌های ناشی از آب آلوده، و بهبود کیفیت زندگی در مناطق خشک و ساحلی بر اجتماع دارد. این تحقیق همچنین مزایای زیست‌محیطی این فرایند را مانند کاهش فشار بر منابع آب شیرین طبیعی بررسی کرده است. با این حال، اثر منفی زیست‌محیطی نیز وجود دارد که شامل تولید پساب شور و احتمال آلودگی آب‌های دریایی است. نتیجه‌گیری این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد با مدیریت صحیح و به‌کارگیری تکنولوژی‌های پیشرفته می‌توان اثر منفی زیست‌محیطی را کاهش داد و از مزایای اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی نمک‌زدایی بهره‌مند شد. این مطالعه با هدف ارائة دیدگاهی جامع و متعادل در مورد تأثیرات نمک‌زدایی آب انجام شده و اهمیت آن را در بهبود شرایط اجتماعی و حفاظت از محیط زیست برجسته می‌کند.
