رویکردهای تحلیلی شبکة ریلی پرسرعت در توسعة مناطق کلان‌شهری چندمرکزی

چکیده

پدیدة شهرنشینی در جهان در ایجاد مفهوم منطقة شهری نقشی بسزا داشته است. نسبت بالایی از جمعیت شهرنشین در مناطق کلان‌شهری سکونت یافته‌اند و پیشرفت حمل‌ونقل و توسعة شبکة ریلی پرسرعت مفهوم و ابعاد منطقة شهری را تغییر داده است. با توجه به آنکه عمدة تحلیل‌های توسعة منطقة شهری از طریق شبکة ریلی پرسرعت به مطالعات اقتصادی محدود شده، در این پژوهش بعد مطالعات جغرافیایی مفهوم منطقه شهری و اثر شبکة ریلی پرسرعت بر آن مورد توجه قرار گرفته است که به مثابة یک ابزار سیاست‌گذاری قدرتمند در حال استفاده است. در این مقاله، با استفاده از مرور سامان‌مند بر مبنای واژگان کلیدی، مقاله‌های مرتبط از معتبرین سایت‌های علمی استخراج شد و سپس، بر اساس ارزیابی چکیده و روش و نتایج، تعداد 75 مقالة منتشرشده از سال 1938 تا 2022 انتخاب شد. پس از آن، پیشینه و روند تکامل نگرش‌ها و مفهوم‌سازی منطقة شهری از ابتدا تا کنون مورد توجه قرار گرفت. منطقة کلان‌شهری با رویکردهای تحلیلی و هنجاری در مقیاس‌های درون‌شهری، منطقه‌ای، ملی، و جهانی مطرح می‌شود. با اتصال هسته‌های کلان‌شهری به شبکه‌های دسترسی پرسرعت توسعة چندمرکزی به وقوع می‌‌پیوندد. شبکة ریلی پرسرعت ظرفیت تحول شبکة شهری، ایجاد یکپارچگی منطقة شهری، و توسعة مراکز جدید را دارد. تبیین مفهومی راهبرد ایجاد مناطق کلان‌شهری چندمرکزی از طریق گسترش شبکة ریلی پرسرعت می‌تواند به گسترش و پیوند مناطق کلان‌شهری، تقویت یکپارچگی، ایجاد شهرهای تخصصی، به‌کارگیری سازندة طرح‌های سازماندهی فضا، و حل بخشی از مسائل توسعه‌ای کمک کند.
